section for the iNetPlanet, LLC email system.

This section is under development.  In the meantime, here is some basic information:

1. Indemnification:  Users are hereby cautioned that they use this email system (the System) at their own risk.  The System is under development. As such, no warranty is provided; neither expressed nor implied. By using the System, you agree that you will not hold iNetPlanet, LLC (the Company) or individual members of the Company responsible for any loss or damages due to interruption of service, termination of service, loss of data, breach of privacy, outside hacking or any other cause. You must agree to hold harmless iNetPlant, LLC, its members and designees for anything associated with the use of the System.

2. Software & Licensing:  The System uses a Fedora Linux (MIT license) operating system on a server owned and operated by iNetPlanet, LLC, in Portland, Oregon with numerous other software components, with modifications, including Apache web server (Apache license), MariaDB database (MariaDB licenses), HTML, PHP scripting language (PHP license), roundcube webmail software (GNU General Public License), Postfix mail transfer agent (IBM Public License), Dovecot IMAP and POP server (GNU and MIT licenses), and others.

3. Privacy:  iNetPlanet, LLC respects user privacy.  The webmail system makes limited use of session cookies related to logins, and no trackers are used in the webmail system. No data is shared with third parties.

4. Agreement:  Your use of the System constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
